Today I picked wild lettace, trimmed the hedges, cleaned stalls, and celebrated 1 year with a painting and sold it 2 days short of the celebration. :) Today was a goo day!

I picked this wild lettuce from one of the gardens on the farm while I was on Mt. Olympus
Wild lettuce milk can be used as a sedative and pain cure. It can be prepared by drying or by making an extract.
As part of the extract process, the wild lettuce must be chopped… The 1st time I tried this resume, the chops were more purified. The 2nd time, I chopped the wild lettuce with a knife.
This is the wild lettuce extract after it was chopped and strained twice. Now it is ready to heal!
